PASCO, Wash. - There was a major drug bust in Pasco. Police said two homes on South Elm Street were raided last night.
Laura Greer lives in the neighborhood and said, "I just poked my head out and was like, oh great, went back inside and locked my doors."
Authorities found more than 15 pounds of cocaine and seven firearms. It happened at 9:30 last night.
Pasco Police Captain Jim Raymond said, "For this area. This far north into the interior of this country that's a fairly major seizure of cocaine for one event."
Rico Rivera also lives in the neighborhood. He said, "I don't know why these people are selling drugs. At this moment i'm very scared because in this neighborhood so many people are selling drugs. I don't know why."
Raymond said, "We believe there's going to be more individuals involved in this trafficing."
