PASCO, Wash. - Police report that another sex offender is living in Pasco.
Bobby L. Wilson is a transient which means he has no se address.
Police said it is harder to keep track of these offenders because they have to wait for them to report to police.
Wilson is 35-years old. He was convicted of child molestation in 1998.
He is the second transient sex offender we have reported on in the last few days.
22-year-old Nicholas Paul McLaughlin is also living in Pasco.
Pasco Police Captain Jim Raymond said, "The biggest problem is that there's no fixed location to check on them. What we try to do with sex offenders is we'll go out and make periodic, unannounced checks at residences to see if they are there and abiding by terms of their regulations."
Police report that because Wilson is a level two sex offender he is likely to re-offend and poses a significant threat to the community.
