KENNEWICK, Wash. - Lawyers are starting to pick jurors in the Mark Tucker Trial, the man accused of driving the getaway car for a suspected killer.
108 people are waiting to find out if they'll be on the jury. Defense attorneys said they feel good about only eight of them.
Prosecutors accuse Tucker of driving the getaway car for James Moran. Police believe Moran murdered Linda and Danielle Moreno last year.
Lawyers still need to interview jurors. Lawyers anticipate Tucker's trial may begin Wednesday afternoon.
