KENNEWICK, Wash. - The investigation into the deadly crash that killed 22-year-old Samantha Semmern wrapped up Wednesday afternoon.
Benton County Prosecutor Andy Miller said his office received the police reports and are deciding whether or not to file charges against 51-year-old David Pleake.
In August, Washington State Patrol Troopers said Pleake was drunk when he crashed into Samantha Semmern. Semmern was rushed to the hospital but died hours after the crash.
On Wednesday, a KNDU reporter went to Pleake's home but he didn't want to talk to us on camera. He referred KNDU to his lawyer Jim Eagan.
