PASCO, Wash. - A man's life was cut short after his car flipped in Pasco.
Police said he was not wearing his seat belt.
It happened at around eight o'clock this morning.
Authorities said that 26-year-old Juan Mendoza was getting off an Interstate 182 exit ramp heading towards 395 South.
Troopers think he was not paying attention to the road, lost control and flipped his car.
Troopers said he was ejected and died at the scene.
Mendoza's body was taken to Columbia Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. His 1987 Camry was totaled. Troopers said speed is not suspected as the cause of the crash.
