Kennewick Lewd Suspect Exposes Himself to a Third Woman
KENNEWICK, Wash. - A man exposing himself to women in Kennewick confronts another victim. Kennewick police said the man has now exposed himself to a third woman and officers want your help to find him before he does it again.
It happened Thursday afternoon on the 400 block of South Johnson Street and is extremely similar to the two other accounts.
A man pulled up in his car, asked a woman for directions to Walmart, but the woman noticed his pants were open and he was exposing himself.
The same thing happened Wednesday to a woman in the Benton Franklin Fairgrounds parking lot. And to another woman on October 19th near the corner of Ione Street and Canal Drive.
Police said it's happening more often, and his actions mirror classic criminal behavior.
"Pretty soon what they did before is not enough, so they have to do it more frequently. These are typically steps that we see. And then of course it could escalate into even more where there may even be some physical contact," said Sgt. Ken Lattin, Kennewick Police Department.
Here's the man's description, he's a hispanic male in his early 20's, six feet tall with a slender build, short curly black hair, thin mustache and a light complexion.
He's driving a late 70's model, four door Oldsmobile, LTD, or maybe a Toyota Corolla with light tan or bronze faded paint, light colored cloth interior, loud exhaust and a baby seat in the back.
If you recognize this man or his car, call Crime Stoppers at 586-TIPS or 1-800-222-TIPS.
