KENNEWICK, Wash.- Stormy weather is making it tough for drivers to get across the Cascades.
Mudslides and flooding have forced the Department of Transportation to close many of the passes.
Snoqualmie Pass is open and rainy, but White, Stevens and Cayuse Pass were closed Tuesday night.
Standing water on the road forced the DOT to close a few lanes of traffic in certain areas along I-90. Highway 2 on Stevens Pass is closed near Skykomish.
Cayuse and White Pass are closed. Mudslides and flooding on the roadway forced the closures as crews work to clean up the mess.
DOT said they don't know when the passes will reopen, but hope to have them open as soon as they're safe again.
