PASCO, Wash. - A witness helped police find two men that fled the scene of a roll over accident.
It happened just before one o'clock Saturday afternoon at the intersection of 20th and West A Street.
Police believe the car was speeding when it lost control, flipped over, and crashed into a chain-linked fence.
A man, taking a cigarette break from a near by casino said he saw the whole thing unfold.
Brad Frezer said he heard a crash and tires squealing.
He said, "As I was talking to 911, about a minute or two later they crawled out of the window and walked away."
When police arrived the witness got into the police vehicle and helped authorities locate the suspects just a few blocks away.
Police arrested the two men. The driver was charged with a hit and run, reckless driving and driving with no license.
The car suffered serious damage and was towed.
