Customers at Shari's in Kennewick Get Pepper Sprayed
Customers at a local restaurant left with a cough and watery eyes on Saturday night. People at the Shari's restaurant in Kennewick were forced to leave after Police say a man unleashed some pepper spray.
They say the man let the spray go in front of the Shari's. When the door of the restaurant opened, the pepper spray went inside and hit the customers.
All the customers quickly left the restaurant. Many had sore throats, watery eyes, and trouble breathing.
Kennewick Police say that the suspect was wearing camouflage clothing and was a white male. There is no further description because the employee who saw him had asthma and had to leave the area immediately.
