Mark Tucker trial brings back tough emotions for victims' family
SPOKANE, Wash. - The man who's wife and daughter were gunned down in their own home speaks out after he's forced to re-live the final moments of their lives.
The trial of Mark Tucker has been tough for everyone in the court room from the jurors to the Moreno family as they're forced to hear everything leading up to the murders.
Loren Moreno said the past two days are bringing back a lot of tough emotions. He said it's hard to hear the chilling 911 call 17-year-old Danielle Moreno made to police as her mother Linda was being attacked.
"It was very traumatic for everyone in the court room I know a lot of jurors were grabbing tissues... it brought tears to me again." said Loren Moreno.
He will take the stand tomorrow and Mark Tucker is expected to take the stand in his own defense on Thursday. The trial is expected to wrap up on Friday. If convicted, Tucker would face less than two years in prison for his part in the murders.
