DENVER, Col - Josh Brown tied an N.F.L single-season record with his fourth game-winning field goal in the final minute by booming a 50-yarder with four seconds left to give the Seattle Seahawks a 23 to 20 win over Denver. The Broncos committed five turnovers in losing their third straight game. The Seahawks are 8 and 4 with a three-game bulge atop the N.F.C. West. The Broncos are one of five A.F.C teams sporting 7-and-5 records. Rookie defensive lineman Darryl Tapp returned Jay Cutler's first interception 25 yards for a touchdown. Cutler was making his first start as Denver quarterback, replacing ineffective Jake Plummer. Seattle scored 16 points in the fourth quarter. It started its winning drive from its 14 with two and a-half minutes left. On third and 4 from his 20-yard line, Matt Hasselbeck found Nate Burleson for 16 yards.
