Power comes back to Yakima

YAKIMA, Wash -- With 95,000 customers and 120 employee, Clark Satre is a busy man. Even busier when wind storms knock out power.

Satre is a 30 year veteran of Pacific Power and runs its Yakima Operations center.

The recent windstorm knocked out power to 3,000 customers. Line crews were busy all night repairing down lines.

By noon on Monday, only a few houses were without power.

Satre credits his employees. "They often work through the night, and get the job done."
