YAKIMA, Wash. - A Yakima man who police say tied up and burned his girlfriend at least 13 times with a clothes iron was in court on Thursday afternoon.
27-year-old William Osman was charged with first-degree assault, first-degree kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment and third-degree child abandonment.
Police arrested Osman on Monday night at his home on the 1000 block of South 18th Avenue. Osman remains in custody at the Yakima County Jail. His bail is set at $150,000.
