Easterday Farms Burglarized

PASCO, Wash. - Thieves stole a forklift Friday night to get a safe out of a Pasco business.

The Easterday Farm on North First Street in Pasco packages and ships onions.

Police found the stolen forklift and safe a few blocks away from the business, but they are looking for the people responsible.

Owners are upset but said they are glad officers found the safe.

Pasco Police Officer Ryan Flanagan said these types of crimes take a toll on the community, "Ultimately, I think everyone pays for it.  While we are out here doing out job, it takes us away from other crimes that we could be investigating."

Pasco Police want to speak with you if you have any information.
