KENNEWICK, Wash.- Crews will break ground on a new mall in Southridge Tuesday morning.
The 225 acre "Plaza at South Ridge" will have retail, medical and residential space.
Developers hope to have three buildings underway by June, but the entire project should take about ten years.
They say it will be an outdoor, open air facility with a Tuscan feel.
About 150 homes are planned for the site.
