President Bush Issues 2008 Hanford Budget Proposal

WASHINGTON- President Bush has proposed a $1.84 billion budget for Hanford cleanup in 2008.

That's more than in previous years, but it's getting a mixed reaction.

Officials say the money is enough, but they're concerned about where it's being allocated.

Some say it's not enough for tank cleanup, but enough to get the Vitrification plant going.

Congress still has to approve the budget before it is allocated.
