YAKIMA, Wash. - TJ Maxx has narrowed down the credit and debit card numbers stolen from their computers. The company announced last month that its computer credit card system was hacked into.
Information from customers using debit and credit cards, as well as checks, was stolen. The company has recently notified the card issuers affected, both banks and credit card companies. The retail chain has a store near the Valley Mall in Union Gap.
The company offers a lot of information on their website about the security breach, and a toll-free number to call if you need help. It's 866-484-6978.
