OLYMPIA, Wash.- Washington state is now going after people who've bought cigarettes online, and not paid the taxes.

The state tax on a pack of cigarettes is more than two dollars, so some people have been buying online and avoiding the taxes.

The state's filed a lawsuit against online vendors ordering them to turn over their customer lists for futher investigation.
