KENNEWICK, Wash. - The longest running musical in both New York and London is scheduled to come to the Tri-Cities.
Toyota Center Officials said they have tried to get the Broadway musical CATS here for about a year.
Toyota Center Officials said CATS will perform here April 27th and 28th but tickets go on sale Saturday February 24 at nine in the morning.
The public can purchase tickets at the Toyota Center or all Ticketswest online locations.
The executive director of the Toyota Center Jeff Kossow said the last show with David Copperfield was a great success.
He said they want to bring more big shows to the Tri-Cities.
Kossow said, "This is our first step into a real broadway show and we're very, very excited to present CATS to our community. We're hoping people find it in their hearts to come out and enjoy this great show."
CATS has received numerous awards for the elaborate costumes, lighting and the overall performance.
The Toyota Center said tickets will cost 30, 40 or 50 dollars depending on where you sit.
