KENNEWICK, Wash. - Washington State Troopers said a man with a blood alcohol level of nearly three times the legal limit crashed his car.
Troopers said it happened at four o'clock Saturday morning on eastbound I-182 near the George Washington Way Exit.
33-year-old Caesar Frair was arrested at the scene. Troopers said they see a lot of drunk drivers that are conditioned drinkers with very high tolerance to alcohol.
Trooper David Wilbur said, "They are just as dangerous if not more so dangerous because they do it all the time. The typical DUI offender offends 80 times a year."
The driver escaped without injury and was taken to Benton County Jail. Troopers said the man's reaction time was slowed down because of the alcohol in his system.
