ELLENSBURG, Wash. - Fire crews from Kittitas and Yakima Counties have been called to put out a five-alarm fire Tuesday morning, at the old Darigold Plant, at 304 N. Water St. in Ellensburg.
The fire started after 1:00am. No one was injured but the building is completey destroyed. Six businesses near by were affected and roads had to be closed in the area due to all the smoke.
About forty firefighters had to report to the fire and investigators are still looking into the cause.
It started in the northeast corner of the building.
