KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Police arrest a drug dealer they had been searching for, for months. And they say the arrest came all because of some good investigative police work.
They say that while it is nice to make any drug arrest, cutting out the bigger dealer is always much more satisfying.
At about 5 am, the Kennewick Criminal Apprhension Team knocked in a door and arrested 47-year-old James Flores at his mobile home on the 4800 block of Clearwater Avenue.
Flores is an alleged dealer they had been following since last summer. Police say tips from witnesses played a big part in the arrest.
Flores was found with about 10 grams of meth and 20 grams of cocaine along with scales, packaging, and money after police used a search warrant to search his house this morning.
He was arrested for posession with an intent to sell for both meth and cocaine.
