PASCO, Wash. - Court hearings are ramping up again for a Pasco man accused of murder.
Last month a judge declared a mistrial in State vs. Charlie Harper. Lawyers complained the jury pool was tainted.
Harper is accused of killing 65-year-old Cleveland Everhart. Tuesday, the State agreed not to bring up Harper's criminal history during the trial.
Jury selection will start again on May 30th. Harper's next court appearance is set for April 3rd.
