PASCO, Wash. - Residents at an RV Park in Pasco were awakened by fire truck sirens early this morning.
Home owners were seen standing outside their houses, watching firefighters fight the flames and worried if the fire would spread to other homes.
But in the end, only one motor home is completely destroyed, along with a truck, and another motor home standing next to it is partially burned.
It happened just after 3:00 this morning on South 30th drive in Pasco, at the Sandy Heights R-V Park.
The sound of bullets exploding could be heard for miles because they had been stored in the motor home, then engulfed in flames.
Firefighters had to stand back for a moment to make sure they weren't in the line of fire.
After dowsing the flames, they finally got the situation under control. No reports of injuries at this point, and an investigation is underway as to how it started.
