PASCO, Wash. -- You can recieve Amber Alerts on your cell phone. One of our viewers saw John Baugher's van Sunday going north on 395. And said had she known about the Amber Alert at the time, Lars and Remi Baugher could have been saved a lot sooner.
That viewer said that at the time she passed Baugher's van, she didn't have access to a TV and didn't have her car radio on, but she did have her cell phone with her.
If you go to wirelessamberalerts.org, you can enter your 10-digit wireless phone number. Then you can enter up to five separate zip codes that are in your area. Amber alerts and updates will then be sent directly to your cell phone. This service is free.
