Union Gap Utility Rates to Increase

Posted: Updated:

Union Gap, WASH - In the next two years Union Gap residents can expect to pay an average of eight more dollars on their water bill.   Mayor Aubrey Reeves says that the increase was made because the city has to keep up with the costs for basic operations and bond payments.   Residents will see an average of three more dollars for the first year then five additional dollars the second.   The increases start April 20th.
