Sunnyside, WA - A threatening note was found in a bathroom at Sunnyside High School.
The Sunnyside School District says the note had a list of names of students with what they called threatening language on it.
The district did not want to go into specifics about the note for fear that they might interfere with a police investigation, but they did say the note alluded to something possibly happening at the school by Friday.
One student who spoke with us after school says security was tight.
"There was a lot of police officers in plain shirts with walkie talkies and dogs sniffing around and stuff. So, yeah it was kind of scary," says Jose Ramos, a sophomore at Sunnyside High School.
The high school campus was closed to visitors today.
The district also called over extra security to make sure nothing happened.
