Toppenish Community Hospital Receives National Honor
YAKIMA, Wash.- Toppenish Community Hospital has been named one of the 'Top 100 Small Community Hospitals' in the nation. One of only three hospitals in the state receiving this same honor, picked from over three thousand potential hospitals.
The 63 bed hospital is being recognized by Thomson Healthcare, pulling out high marks with patient safety, company growth, and length of stay. Toppenish Community Hospital serves a number of communities aside from Toppenish, including Zillah, Granger, Wapato, White Swan and Harrah.
KNDO talked with the CEO this afternoon, who says he's extremely excited the hospital is being recognized on a national level.
