Police Arrest Two Suspects For Sunnyside HS Threats
Sunnyside, WA - At Sunnyside High School two 14-year-old freshmen have been arrested for a threatening note found there. Officials added security last week after finding the note in a boys bathroom threatening at least a dozen students. A district spokeswoman says the two students are likely to be expelled.
This comes after Yakima police arrested a Davis High School student for allegedly writing a threatening note. The school was locked down last week after the note was found in a school restroom. It stated a shooting was about to happen. Police will only say that the student is a 16 year-old male -- his name has not been released. Officials say it is unclear what consequences the Davis student might face from the school.
