PASCO, Wash. - More than 400 business owners and employees in the Tri-Cities participated in a speed-networking program run by the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce.
From 3 o'clock until 5 o'clock Tuesday afternoon people were exchanging business cards at the TRAC in Pasco.
The Chamber of Commerce organizers suggested that everyone bring more than 100 business cards to pass out.
Organizers said the turnout was a national Chamber of Commerce record.
The CEO and President of the Tri-City Regional Chambers Kristofer Johnson said this gives businesses throughout our community the opportunity to meet and connect with each other.
The Chamber will host two more speed networking programs in July and another next October.
