PASCO, Wash. - The man accused of raping his cellmate was back in Franklin County Court Wednesday.
Inmate David Webster told the court he's anxious for his trial to start.
However, lawyers are still waiting for DNA results to come back on stains found on a bedsheet. Webster said he doesn't want any more delays or risk getting the trial dismissed.
"But I don't want a dismissal. That's too cheap, that's a sell out, dismissals are for crooks, people that have committed crimes, they would love this opportunity, but not me."
Prosecutors anticipate DNA results should be in by the end of May.
Webster's pretrial is now set for June 5th, and jury selection set for June 20th.
