WALLLA WALLA, Wash. - Imagine a car rolled over on your front lawn. Monday evening that was reality for people that lived at 182 Tausick Way in Walla Walla.
Police said the driver was making a left into a parking lot when she was rear ended by a truck behind her. Authorities think she had her foot on the gas.
Her car apparently rolled forward and hit a three-foot tall rock in the front of a home, forcing the 1992 Nissan Sentra onto its top.
Walla Walla Police said the 18-year-old woman and two children that were inside the car that rolled over were not hurt, but they said the driver of the truck got a ticket for following too close.
Police said luckily the woman was wearing her seat belt and the children were strapped into car seats.
Witnesses told police the entire accident looked like it happened in slow motion.
