Toppenish Stabbing Leaves Woman in Critical Condition
Toppenish, WA - Around 11 o'clock Thursday night, Toppenish police got a call from a woman saying that she was being attacked. When they arrived at the house on the 500 block of West First Avenue, they found her with several stab wounds to her chest and head. She was taken to a local area hospital where she was listed in critical condition and was undergoing surgery. About an hour and a half later, police were able to find and arrest the suspect, a 24 year old Native-American Male. He is being charged with attempted first degree murder and domestic violence.
