UNINCORPORATED AREAS OF YAKIMA COUNTY - May not possess, sell or discharge fireworks, except on the Yakama Reservation Cite.

TOWN OF HARRAH - No Ordinance In Effect Regarding Fireworks (County Code applies)

CITY OF NACHES - May Sell 0900 hrs to 2200 hrs July 1 through July 4.  May Discharge 1700 to 2200 hrs July 3 through July 4

CITY OF GRANGER - May Sell and Discharge 1200 hrs July 1 through 0000 hrs July 4.  May Discharge on July 5 from 0900 to 2300.

TOWN OF MABTON - May Sell 1200 hrs June 28 through 1800 hrs July 4 May Discharge on July 4 only.

CITY OF MOXEE - May Sell June 28 1200 hrs to 2300 hrs and June 29 through July 4 0900 hrs to 2300 hrs.  May Discharge July 4 0900 hrs to 2300 hrs.

CITY OF SELAH - May not possess, sell or discharge fireworks.

CITY OF SUNNYSIDE - May not possess, sell or discharge fireworks.

TOWN OF TIETON - May not possess, sell or discharge fireworks.

CITY OF TOPPENISH - May not possess, sell or discharge fireworks.

CITY OF UNION GAP - May not possess, sell or discharge fireworks.

CITY OF WAPATO - May not possess, sell or discharge fireworks.

YAKAMA INDIAN RESERVATION - May sell 6-20 through 7-4.  May discharge 0900 hrs June 20 through midnight July 4 except for the hours of 0000 through 0900.   

CITY OF YAKIMA - May not possess, sell or discharge fireworks.

CITY OF ZILLAH - May sell 1200-2300 hrs June 28 and 0900 to 2300 hrs June 29 through July 4 and from 0900 to 2100 hrs July 5.  May Discharge on July 3 and July 4 1200 hrs to 2230 hrs.
