KENNEWICK, Wash. - After a disappointing loss, the Fever have another big game this Saturday in Boise. The question is, which Fever team will show up?
"We are just up and down," said Coach Tony Wells. "One game against Spokane we look like world-beaters, and we look like cellar-dwellars the next week."
Wells was referring to the teams disappointing los to Central Valley Saturday in which they scored just six points in the second half. The Fever are now in third place in the division, but would still qualify for the playoffs if the season ended today. With five games remaining, Wells wants his team's mentality to improve.
"The biggest lesson we learned from the other day is that we got to come in week in and week out and play games and not just walk out there and think we can win."
