YAKIMA, Wash - The Yakima city council decided Tuesday night not to hold a study session for a proposed gang ordinance. After a short discussioon at the meeting of when and where to hold the study sessions, they chose not to have one all together. Originally there were plans for a public study session to talk about an ordinance that would outlaw gangs in Yakima. They'll instead put it on the agenda for the next meeting. The ordinance could be passed at this meeting and the public will be able to comment. It is July 17th at Yakima's city hall, starting at 6 P.M.
