RICHLAND, Wash. -- Kids, parents and, fans around the world couldn't wait to get the 7th edition of Harry Potter and in the Tri-Cities, people definitely dressed the part.
Fans were dressed up as many of the Potter characters, each sharing their passion for the Potter series. Parents say Potter is someone kids have grown up with and someone they can identify with. Kids say they love the plot and storylines of the Potter books.
Many people came out Friday because they wanted to know what happened before everyone else. Some said they just hoped Harry won while others thought that the main character might even die.
But most were just hoping that this isn't the final book in the series.
