Food Products Possibly Tainted With Botulism Sold in Washington

OLYMPIA, Wash. - There's a major food recall underway involving canned products that may be tainted with botulism.

About 90 products are included in the recall.  The state Department of Health has identified three of them that are sold in Washington.

Those include 15-ounce cans of Cattle Drive Chili, Castleberry's Corned Beef Hash, and Castleberry's Beef Stew.  There have been no reported cases of illness in Washington so far.
