Pasco Man Missing for Six Days, Police Have Expanded the Search

PASCO, Wash. - A Pasco man that suffers from the early stages of Alzheimer's has been missing for six days.

Pasco Police have expanded their search to surrounding states and notified authorities that 77-year-old Charles Norman Edwards has been missing.

They believe that he is probably confused and disoriented.

He apparently left his house last Wednesday and told his grandchildren that he would be right back, but six days later his family is distraught because he has not been seen since.

He and his wife live on the 500 block on Douglas Avenue in Pasco.  They have been married for 17 years.

Thelma Edwards tearfully said, "Everybody please look for him.  We all just miss and love him so much and if you find him ask him to call home tell him his wife and family are worried about him."

Police report that he was last seen wearing a white baseball cap, a white and green shirt and blue jeans.

He left his home in his 2006 Hyundai, a white four-door sedan with license plate number AF00681.

Anyone with information about his disappearance is asked to contact police.
