It's back to school time again and many are out shopping for school supplies. But for those that are in need of help the Salvation Army has stepped in.
The Salvation Army is offering back to school services and programs to those who need them, and also for those who would like to make donations.
For children in need of school supplies contact the Salvation Army no later than August 24th to reserve them. The Salvation Army will be providing supplies to as many children as they can.
Free haircuts will also be offered to children who need them. Gift certificates from Great Clips will be available at the Salvation Army on a first come first serve basis.
And for those who would like to donate school supplies you can drop the items off at any US Bank, Banner Bank, Key Bank, Sterling Bank or Yakima Federal Bank from now until August 20th.
Supplies that are needed are basic school supplies that a child would need on their first day of school.
