Boy Shot By Pellet Gun in Yakima

YAKIMA, Wash. -- An accident with a pellet gun leaves a 4-year-old dead. Yakima Police say just before five this evening one 4-year-old boy shot his twin brother with a pump action pellet rifle near the intersection of East Yakima Avenue and North 8th Street.

The family took the boy to the 8th Street Health Clinic but it was closed. He was then taken to Yakima Hospital and treated but died an hour later.
