Sprague drug dealer targeted by Secret Witness

SPOKANE, Wash. - Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information leading to the capture of a confirmed gang member wanted for dealing cocaine.

Fugitive Todd David Bates is accused of arranging cocaine sales and having a female accomplice deliver the drugs. The sales occurred in 2006 while the couple was living in Sprague, Washington.

Bates is described as a 6'03" tall white male who weighs 320 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and last gave 4009 N. Ash in Spokane as his home address.

His extensive criminal record includes convictions for Theft, Assault, Vehicle Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Refusing to Cooperate with Police and traffic misdemeanors.
