KENNEWICK, Wash.- The Benton County Prosecutor says toxicology testing forces him to delay charging some vehicular homicide suspects because he has to wait for evidence.

Andy Miller says backups in the state lab are causing the delays.

Coroner Rick Corson is also forced to delay telling many families their loved one's cause of death.
