KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Hearings continue for a Richland physical therapist accused of touching patients innappropriately.
Wednesday, the Attorney General's office finished presenting it's case, with its final witnesses testifying against Rafat Shirinzadeh. Shirinzadeh is the founder of Richland's Oasis Physical Therapy. Shirinzadeh's attorney Mike O'Donnell also began presenting his case.
The hearing is expected to end Thursday. If Shirinzadeh is found guilty, he could lose his physical therapy license.
