RICHLAND, Wash. - Washington State University Tri-Cities School Officials report that enrollment is at an all time high. The initial head count is at 1,261 students.
The latest numbers are a preliminary count from the first 10 days of classes. The official fall semester, four-year program started on August 20th.
WSU Tri-Cities Marketing Manager, Melissa O'Neil Perdue said the increase is largely due to the new freshmen classes.
The fall semester started August 20th. There are 117 freshmen and that includes first time students and students that have less than 27 credits.
School employees have the official numbers on Friday.
