YAKIMA, Wash.- Cell phones can be a great way for parents to keep tabs on their kids but they can also be a huge distraction at school. Now some wireless carriers are introducing plans that can help parents control the way their kids use cell phones.
At&t just launched a new Smart Limits service that gives parents full control over their kids cells. Parents can control when their child can make or receive calls, put restrictions on text messaging and talk-time, even control who their child can call. Sprint tells us they already have a similar service in place but Verizon does not.
