Bucs tight end guilty of DUI

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Tampa Bay tight end Jerramy Stevens has been found guilty on three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. He faces sentencing October 2nd and could get at least 30 days in jail for "extreme" intoxication. That's defined as having alcohol blood alcohol content of .15% or higher. Stevens measured .20 when he was arrested in March. The legal limit in Arizona is .08%.

Police stopped Stevens car in downtown Scottsdale and said he smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

Stevens is expected to play in Tampa Bay's opener Sunday against Seattle.
