FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. - A Westminster British Columbia man found in his truck died of natural causes, according to the Franklin County Coroner Dan Blasdel.
54-year-old Preston Calvert was found inside the sleeper compartment of his semi-truck Wednesday on Highway 395 North of Pasco.
Blasdel said Calvert suffered from urinary, liver and bladder cancer.
Authorities believed he pulled over on the side of the highway because he did not feel well.
After a couple of days his trucking company called Washington State Patrol troopers when they could not get in contact with him.
Saturday morning an autopsy was performed by a forensic pathologist.
