Fort Lewis soldier dies four months after being wounded in Iraq

FORT LEWIS, Wash. (AP) - The Department of Defense said Monday a Fort Lewis soldier wounded in Iraq four months ago has died.
Capt. Drew N. Jensen, 27, of Oregon, died last Friday in Seattle. He was wounded by small arms fire on May 7 in Baqubah, Iraq when his unit was attacked by insurgents.
Jensen was assigned to the 5th Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade) at Fort Lewis. Jensen was assigned to the Stryker Brigade in 2003 and had two deployments in Iraq.
