KENNEWICK, Wash. - Police brake up three people accused of dealing drugs at a Kennewick car wash.

The drug bust happened late last night at the "Wash Works" car wash on Washington Street in Kennewick.

Kennewick's Criminal Apprehension Team arrested a 30-year-old Thomas Carpino from Richland, 30-year-old Joshua Dull from Yakima, and 31-year-old Douglas Wells from Kennewick.

Police said Carpino and Wells both had meth.

Neighbors claim drug deals like this happen at the car wash all the time.

"I see people smoking, doing stuff, exchanging drugs, people walking over here selling it to people in cars and cars take off and people go off walking. It gets old," said Chris Lamm, Kennewick resident.

Neighbors said they appreciate police arresting drug dealers in their neighborhood. And they said they hope dealers will stop coming back.
